Aruhiba Cigars - Handmade Cigars & Cuban Cigars
I visited the Aruhiba Cigars Store on a Sunday afternoon and surprisingly found the store open and the owner - Mr. Benjamin Petrochi working inside, making his famous hand made Aruba cigars to keep up with his orders. For most businesses in Aruba, Sunday’s are a day of rest and retail stores are closed, but for Aruhiba Cigars, the owner has a dedication to his customers with personal pride in his products and works this day to fulfill his commitment to a business he loves. I spent a few minutes with Don Ben asking him about his products and seeing the many different types of cigars he produces. Understanding how valuable his time was I promptly choose the cigars I wanted and purchased a box of his fresh hand made Cuban Style cigars. After sampling the cigars there is no doubt that the Arubiba cigar is superior to many Cuban cigars on the market. Aruhiba also sells Cuban cigars & other tobacco products. The tobacco is grown in his Aruban plantation, picked and aged here in Aruba, then hand rolled, cut, and placed in wooden cigar boxes ready to sell. The only location Aruhiba Cigars are available is in Aruba at B.P. Benlo in front of the Old Dutch Mill in Palm Beach. So, on your next visit to Aruba, stop by the Aruhiba Cigar store and sample the fresh hand rolled cigars by Don Ben, tell him “ Aruba Jerry sent you” .
